Louise is a transformational wellbeing coach, and a practitioner and teacher of mindfulness. Louise is a registered Occupational Therapist Bsc with a career that has focused on self management, behaviour change and confidence building and a practising massage therapist. Having seen first hand the impact of loss of purpose and meaning in life and the detriment it has on the quality of her clients lives, Louise is now bringing her professional skills and own life experience of stress, low confidence and overwhelm together to support her clients to step into their true nature, in to the life they are here for. Louise loves working with people that are ready for change, who know there must be another way of doing life, who have had enough of that feeling of being stuck, or that lack self confidence and self belief that they can live life on their terms and those who are ready for lasting improvement in their health, wellbeing and daily lives!

I was introduced to Louise through a good friend of mine. Such a help, really recommend
I started having coaching sessions with Louise after I developed sleeping problems (mainly insomnia, which I’d struggled with for quite a while) and had become a bit stressed out worrying about too many things – it felt like a bit of overload. Talking through things with Louise was really invaluable; she really helped me think clearly and more calmly, let go of negative thought patterns and helped me get the root of areas where I feel a bit ‘stuck’. I came away from the sessions feeling lighter, calmer and happier, which has actually really helped me overall (not to mention sleep better).
I have met a couple of other coaches over the years and would recommend Louise by far – she has such a natural, warm and calming nature which can put anyone at ease, and has such a talent for helping you see through the fog and relaxing your mind.
